Manuel Bastianelli wins the GP of the Rimini Riviera WSSP300, third Manuel Gonzalez
At Knockhill, in the BSB, double podium for Benjamin-James Currie in the SS600
Great weekend for the Airohriders involved in speed-races on the track. On the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, Manuel BASTIANELLI took a beautiful victory after a comeback that brought him from the eighteenth position up to the head of the race. On the third step of the podium went Manuel GONZALEZ and, to complete the splendid day Airoh, the sixth was Maria HERRERA who fought long for the success. Bastianelli, who participated in the GP as a wildcard, so won his first 25 points. Too bad for Borja SANCHEZ and Kevin SABATUCCI who were forced to retire for the harmless slips while, they too, fought in the leading positions. Borja Sanchez is still third in the overall standings.
Satisfaction has also come from England where on the Knockhill circuit, for what concerns the BSB and the SSP600 class in particular, Benjamin-James CURRIE has secured a double podium coming twice second. Ben, with points accumulated this weekend is firmly second in the league.
