Airoh Helmet double win in world EnduroGp in Spain
From Portugal to Spain. World EnduroGP Championship has done a stop-over in Santiago De Compostela, in the north of the Country, for Spain GP, third round of the championship agenda.
AIROH HELMETS riders have obtained illustrious victories and significant positions in all various classes this time, too.
Despite no good physical conditions due to a virus, the English Steve Holcombe (Beta) got two splendid class wins in E3, so that he could strengthen his leadership in parade, where he leads with full score. Unfortunately the English rider had to run in defence in the absolute classification of EnduroGP, where he got second and sixth position.
In E1 class, excellent results for the quartet composed of Davide Guarneri (Honda-RedMoto), Thomas Oldrati (Honda-RedMoto), Matteo Cavallo (Sherco-CH Racing) and Rudy Moroni (KTM-Farioli). Guarneri got fourth and second position, Cavallo got two third places, Oldrati got second and fourth places, Moroni got sixth and fifth places.
In E2 class, two fourth places for Christophe Charlier (Honda-RedMoto), ninth and fifth position for the Chilean Benjamin Herrera (Beta).
In Junior class, Jack Edmondson (Sherco-CH Racing) has won two third places, Theo Espinasse (Sherco-CH Racing) got fourth and second places, as in Youth class Manolo Morettini (KTM-Farioli) got two sixth places.
The first race of WESS Championship (World Enduro Super Series), XL Lagares, was disputed in Portugal on the same weekend, near Porto, with AIROH HELMETS riders as big protagonists. The race winner is the Spanish Mario Roman (Sherco) before the South African team mate Wade Young. Fourth position for Graham Jarvis (Husqvarna), fifth place for WESS champion 2018 Billy Bolt (Husqvarna), seventh place for Alfredo Gomez (Husqvarna).
Next meeting for AIROH HELMETS riders is Tréfle in Mende, France, from 17thto 19thof May, second race of WESS Championship.
