Each helmet begins with an idea that takes shape through drawings, 3D models, and real prototypes. Each one is tested and refined down to the last detail, thanks also to our wind tunnel and to the certified internal laboratory.
These tools are essential to comply with national and international safety regulations. But equally essential is the feedback from our pilots and world champions, the first real testers of the Airoh helmets, which help us to continuously improve them.
Alongside them, our in-house staff also carries out road and track tests. In this way, we put into play not only our professional skills, but also the authentic passion of motorcyclists who want to create perfect helmets, functional and capable of enhancing the pleasure of driving.
This approach allows us to improve our products and develop new solutions and accessories, such as tinted and mirrored visors, available for most of our models.
A constant evolution towards increasingly high-performance helmets
Once the product testing and inspection phase is complete, a further step can begin, which involves creating eye-catching graphics to allow each motorcyclist to choose the one they like best or that best matches their equipment.
Each design is carefully crafted to blend current color and subject trends with the most popular motorcycle colors. This allows for a harmonious combination of helmet, motorcycle, and gear, but also creates colorful and unique new looks—true outfits that emphasize the style of every motorcyclist.
As for the actual production, it is entrusted to the expert hands of qualified and specialized personnel who make up the various assembly, testing, and testing lines; this underscores how, for us at AIROH, the so-called "human factor" is absolutely essential to increasing the value of our helmets, the true result of meticulous craftsmanship.
Maximum attention is therefore paid to even the smallest and seemingly insignificant detail, not only in the initial stages, but also and above all during production and in after-sales assistance, to offer a complete and efficient service.
