Return or Withdrawal Policy

How to make a return

To return the purchased products you have 14 days starting from the delivery date of your order.

Return conditions

Products must be returned to the Seller:

in their original packaging

unused, unaltered or damaged

to labels and distinctive signs (e.g. electrostatic sheet, manuals, gadgets) original and not removed

It is not necessary to include the printed receipt

Returns of items purchased online are not accepted in physical stores.

Modifying or cancelling the return

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us and we will handle the request appropriately.

Exchange conditions

Products must be returned to the Seller:

in their original packaging

unused, unaltered or damaged

with the original labels and distinctive signs (e.g. electrostatic sheet, instruction manuals, gadgets) not removed

Products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be sent in a single shipmentThe Seller reserves the right not to accept returns of the same order shipped separately.

Taking charge and availability

If all conditions are met, once the online return containing the exchange request has been sent, the Seller will process the replacement and send the Customer a confirmation email.

After receiving the products and verifying compliance with the conditions, the Seller will check the availability in stock of the requested size and/or color:

If the requested product is not available: the request cannot be accepted and a refund of the price originally paid will be issued (art. 7).

If the requested product is available: the Seller will confirm the shipment of the replacement product via email.

How long does it take for the delivery outside of Italy? How much are the shipping rates?

The replacement product will be shipped within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return at the Seller's premises, after checking the conditions.

I shipping costs of the replacement product are the responsibility of the Customer and must be anticipated.

In the event that the conditions for an exchange and/or refund do not exist, even if only due to the non-compliance of one of the conditions foreseen, the Seller will inform the Customer of the impossibility of proceeding.

How to make a change

The exchange request will take place under the conditions here as provided below:

The Customer may request the exchange of one or more purchased products only with products of the same model, having different size and/or color.

The request must be made no later than 14 days from delivery, by filling out the available form here and sending it to customer care@airoh.com within the indicated deadline.

The products to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the reception.

You can make only one exchange request for each product purchased.

Withdrawal

Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, the Seller will refund all payments received by the Customer for the products subject to withdrawal within 14 days from the day on which you are informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

The Seller may withhold the refund until:

has not received the returned goods, or the Customer has not demonstrated that he has sent them back.

The withdrawal request must be made via form available here.

Operating times

The refund will be processed to the payment method used when placing the order.

Generally, they are needed approximately five working days from receipt of the return.

The Customer will receive email notification of the refund having been made.

 

Actual crediting of funds

The crediting times depend on the payment method:

Debit or credit cardsUp to 10 additional days based on the policies of the bank or financial institution.

PayPal: similar times, up to 10 days to make the funds available.
