We are among the few who can boast the presence of a wind tunnel within the company, the only ones to have it with these special features, specifically designed for testing helmets.
This is a key area for optimizing and perfecting product performance, offering us the opportunity to develop our products by improving various aspects, helping us verify three essential elements: thermoregulation, aerodynamics, and acoustics.
It is three key points which are tested during the manufacturing and completion phases of the helmet, with the aim of intervening promptly by implementing improvements aimed at optimising the product and its components, such as for example frontini e spoiler; allowing the rider who wears it to enjoy any adventure that awaits him in full comfort.

Airoh Multiaction Safety System
Technological evolution and ambition are two unstoppable and relentless forces that drive us to research and offer increasingly advanced and high-performance systems aimed at improving the driving experience, aiming for new and higher standards of safety and comfort.
AMS² EVO was created with the goal of making the response to stresses in the event of an impact even more effective. Our new patented system offers an innovative structure capable of improving the absorption capacity of both rotational impacts and low-speed linear impacts, raising safety standards to the highest levels.
Not only protection, this cutting-edge system also offers improved internal ventilation and superior wearing comfort, with the aim of guaranteeing excellent performance in any conditions of use, even in the most demanding and prolonged training sessions and/or races.
AMS² EVO therefore represents the ideal combination of safety and comfort.
AMS² PLUS
Airoh Multiaction Safety System
Technological evolution represents an unstoppable force, as does the ambition that drives Airoh to introduce increasingly high-performance systems, such as the new AMS² Plus system which sets the safety and comfort parameters to the highest levels.
For the first time, a new material is introduced, which forms the heart of the system capable of dissipating kinetic energy in the event of an impact.
State-of-the-art plastic material, engineered to provide the best protection against the forces affecting the head in the event of a crash. The material, in contact with the head, has a shape memory and ensures a superb fit, improving comfort.
The system, which is made up of two overlapping shells with different densities, has been further upgraded with the renewed design of the silicone polymers, which ensure relative motion between the two hemispheres.
This improvement makes the response to stresses in the event of an angled impact even more effective, and the consequent ability of the AMS² Plus system to dissipate the amount of energy transmitted to the rider's head.
ASN
Airoh Sliding Net System
The first step to defend yourself in case of a threat is to let things not involve us.
Easier said than done, but not in this case. Airoh has introduced the ASN System, a 3-D fabric structure that reduces the forces transmitted to the head in the event of an impact.
The two outer walls of the ASN system have relative motion, allowing for better dissipation of impact energy. You'll also enjoy incredible ventilation, crucial in the most extreme conditions.
AMLS extension
Airoh Magnetic Lining System
Airoh has taken the concept of interior removal to the next level with its AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System).
The headset has five powerful magnets (three at the front and two at the back) and each cheek pad holds three, ensuring quick and easy removal of the interior for cleaning and hygiene, as well as stability and comfort in all conditions of use.
AEFR
Airoh Emergency Fast Release
The Airoh system allows for the quick removal of cheek pads in an emergency. A red strap located at the bottom of the cheek pad allows medical personnel to remove them while the helmet is still being worn.
This allows rescuers to safely free the motorcyclist's head from the helmet in the event of an accident without causing further trauma, injury or damage.
