How the Airoh warranty works
Starting from the new products (*) of the 2021 collection, the Locatelli SpA guarantee is valid for from the date of purchase of each individual product. You can extend the warranty within 7 days of purchasing your helmet!

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Locatelli SpA cannot be held responsible in any way for any defects in the products in the event of:
- damage caused by accidents and/or falls and even accidental impacts;
- scratches, abrasions, deterioration, chipping of paint or other damage caused to the outer shell, helmet visor or external painted parts, due to impacts, bumps and/or knocks, even accidental;
- change in helmet color following use;
- any damage caused by incorrect/improper use, lack of or insufficient maintenance/care, incorrect use of internal and external elements;
- any changes made by you or any third party;
- damage caused by the use of chemicals or an intense heat source;
- any damage caused by the application of stickers;
- damage caused by any type of paint / lacquer applied to the outer shell by the user or third parties;
- damage caused by the use of incompatible accessories sold by any company other than Locatelli SpA;
- any assembly of unauthorized accessories;
- any failure to comply with the instructions in the manual.
If the warranty is applicable, Locatelli SpA undertakes to repair or replace any defective components, up to a maximum value equal to the purchase price of the helmet.
The replacement of one or more components of the helmet during the warranty period does not extend the duration of the warranty itself, which may in no case exceed a period of 5 years from the date of purchase of the product.
METHOD
The guarantee does not in any way affect the purchaser's legal rights under Directive 1999/44EC.
In any case, Locatelli SpA recommends replacing the helmet after 5 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers any type of manufacturing defect / material defect, subject to the limitations and exclusions below.

For all other models, warranty has a validity of two years from the date of purchase.
